By now you’ll be more than aware of the event happening less than 24 hours from now. The UFC is returning to Dublin after an absence of five years for UFC Fight Night 46, and with its return, four of Straight Blast Gym’s top fighters, Conor McGregor, Gunnar Nelson, Cathal Pendred and Paddy Holohan, will be stepping into the Octagon. It is a monumental occasion for the fighters and everyone involved in their preparation, and regardless of results, it is an enormous achievement for the competitors and the rest of the team at Straight Blast Gym Ireland. Coach John Kavanagh has been interviewed this past week and you can read and hear his opinions on the event here.

You can view all the SBG fighters in action this Saturday online via UFC Fight Pass, not to mention at almost any sports bar across the country! Prelims start at 12:30 ET/3:30 PT. However you can, get out and support the tribe!

By now you have probably read enough from me and the rest of the internet about the fighters and their build up to the event, so what better way to learn more that from the fighters themselves. Below is a collection of great links to short documentaries covering each of Straight Blast Gym’s four fighters and their individual preparations for tomorrow. Give each one a watch, and like and share where possible, to spread the word about the incredible dedication of everyone at Straight Blast Gym Ireland, and the work the fighters have put in to reach this amazing achievement.

Conor McGregor talks about his fight, reminisces, and tries to catch a fly with his bare hands:

Gunnar Nelson talks about his training, goes climbing, and discusses the indifference of fighting ducks:

Cathal Pendred talks about his fight with fellow former TUF contestant Mike King, and his time in the TUF house:
